Another Day

Well since starting this blog I have been looking to see what I should be eating and trying to figure out what food I can and what food I should be staying away. I think one thing I need is a bit less Iron. I won't go into detail why but yah. I do have a doctors appointment next week to see what I should be doing to get to my goal weight. I want to do it the healthiest way as possible. I have added before pictures on the side of what I look like right now. I hope that will change. I do need to get another scale to get a more accurate reading on what I weigh but I'll get there I know I will.

  1. I know this sounds cliche but I highly recommend Weight Watchers. They do teach you how to eat properly and what is proper portion sizes, control, etc. They don't beleive in cutting out a paticular food or carbs, etc. Just that you can enjoy life... in moderation.

    It also teaches you how much you need to eat to keep your body fuled properly without going into starvation mode... when this happens your body holds onto your fat for dear life!


    Denying yourself the things you love can lead to a huge binge!
